Objective: The Operations Scheduling Supervisor role supports the Operations Manager with the day to day scheduling and administrative operation functions. The role is focused on the scheduling, organizing, adjusting and controlling the master schedule system. Ensure that all targets and requirements are met and are completed on schedule and within budget. Work closely with various internal departments to ensure successful completion of projects. Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:Professionalism

  • Build a positive relationship with all operations and production team members, projecting the company as a professional, caring
  • Maintain a well-groomed professional appearance and adhere to the "Do the Right Thing" standards and
  • Operate in accordance with Company policy and procedures at all

Duties as Operations Specialist:

  • Schedule cleaning jobs to ensure delivery dates are achieved through coordinating information with all key internal and external staff.
  • Manage Customer expectations and conflict resolution with customers where scheduling is concerned
  • Ensure customers are kept abreast of schedule and any possible changes/variations.
  • Create and Track Supervisor Work Orders
  • Track daily all complaints and requests from Customers, Supervisors, Account reps, and managers and submit report weekly.
  • Make recommendations to Production Operations Manager for Re-Training, disciplinary actions, Code Red
  • Track Code Red accounts and assist with process
  • Janitorial Site Key assignment and tracking
  • Detail schedule and tracking
  • Start-up account coordination (New account set up within Master Scheduling System)
  • Hot Button sheet for all accounts
  • Monthly Labor Budget Reports

Requirements

  • Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and strong attention to detail
  • Develop positive rapport with all staff treating all with dignity and respect
